The winter of 1960 to 1961 was the scene of the longest general strike that Belgium had known since the Second World War: up to two months of total immobilization of the country against an austerity law.
In the countless archives, a profusion of characters from all walks of life tell us about the initiatives they took then.
But, surprise: instead of former strikers with gray temples, it is young people who tell us about these outbreaks of struggle, as if they were there, as if they had been there.
